Retail Customers

Take your time and browse through our greenhouses filled with hundreds of varieties and colors of spring annuals, hanging baskets, perennials, vegetable plants and container gardens in the spring, and a beautiful sea of Poinsettias for holiday decorating.

Wholesale Customers

Availability

All orders accepted are subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, please order early, as some varieties are in limited supply. Please remember you are ordering living plants. We do our best to ensure the quality of our plants and we reserve the right to deny shipment of any product that does not meet our quality specifications.

Orders and Delivery

All accounts with past due balances must be paid in full before an order can be accepted. We accept orders in full case/flat quantities only, except on noted items in our catalog. Any individual pots or packs can be picked up at the greenhouse, but will not be reserved in advance. We gladly accept any size order for pick-up at the greenhouse, but ask that all orders for shipment be greater than $500.00. A $50.00 delivery fee will be charged to all delivered orders under $500.00. Each delivery site is considered a separate order and subject to the $50.00 delivery charge. When scheduling your delivery, allow a two-hour time slot for the arrival of your order. We are not responsible for any shipment after 24 hours of delivery, so please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. If you are not satisfied with the item that you received, you are more than welcome to come out to the greenhouse and exchange it for something else.

Restocking

All orders placed for pick up at the greenhouse, which are not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up date, will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Credit

We welcome requests for credit. Credit applications are available at our office, or can be obtained by e-mailing Joann K. or Carol.

Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Payments received after 30 days will be assessed a finance charge of 18% annually (1.5% monthly). Personal checks will not be accepted for payment on wholesale accounts. Personal checks are only accepted for payment on retail purchases. We are not responsible for any shipment after 24 hours of delivery, so please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. If you are not satisfied with the item that you received, you are more than welcome to come out to the greenhouse and exchange it for something else.
